Please note,
deliveries do normally take up to a full hour.
1. In order to expedite delivery times, please come outside in a timely
manner when your driver calls. If you live in an area with highly congested
traffic or limited parking spaces, please help us help you by coming down
to meet your driver. We are more than happy to come to your door if requested,
but our drivers take multiple orders per run, so it would significantly
decrease wait times if you assist us by meeting your driver.
2. Please provide the correct contact phone number and please be sure
to pick up when your driver calls. If you do not pickup and we cannot
reach you, your order will be forfeit. In case you have missed a call
from your driver, please call us at 510-547-NUDE and we will be more than
happy to redeliver your order.
